How Life Coaching Works!

With all the choices and commitments we have to make and the time constraints within which to do them, it is easy to feel driven by life circumstances rather than guided by our own free will.

Coaching keeps you focused on what is truly center on your stage of life values.  Goals are set around keeping your life balanced by alternating the focus of attention between different areas of your life that need change, action or a new perspective to get you back on a smooth and peaceful track.

  • Life Change is a process that requires long-term commitment to change.  This commitment starts with a minimum of three months.  Initially, there is great motivation during the first few weeks, followed by a natural and common lull.  At this time, it is vital to continue to work through the pull to return to old habits.

  • There is an initial session for getting acquainted and defining your goals for coaching which is an hour long and typically in person.  At this time, we will define concerns, areas of work, strengths and goals before the four per month half-hour sessions occur.  These sessions are typically via the phone but can be scheduled in person if you like.

  • Phone sessions make for convenient help while saving valued time that would otherwise be spent in the car driving to and from the appointment.

Start now to create your plan of action to change your habits and create a more passionate, fulfilled and meaningful life!

I look forward to traveling with you on your journey!
